"Aegean’s loyalty program just isn’t worth it"
Not gonna lie, I fly Aegean a few times a year and I’ve generally been fine with the airline itself, but their loyalty program is really frustrating. The miles never seem to add up the way I expect, and trying to actually use them is even more annoying. There are too many rules, availability is poor, and when I reached out to support, I just got generic copy-paste replies. It feels like they want you to collect points but make it difficult to spend them. For me, it’s just not worth the effort

"Made the travel doc stuff way less stressful"
I was a little worried about the travel document part before check-in because that’s usually where I start second-guessing everything, but their info was really clear. I found what I needed quickly, no digging through weird confusing pages or getting bounced around, and it just made the whole check-in thing feel a lot less stressful.

The crew was really nice, and made the trip feel a bit more comfortable. The food was, like, okay, not amazing or anything, but totally fine...

"First impression: the Wi-Fi was a letdown"
My first impression was that the flight itself seemed fine, but the Wi-Fi kind of set the tone in a bad way. It barely worked the whole time, and there wasn’t much onboard entertainment to fall back on either. I got bored quickly, which isn’t ideal on a longer trip.

I was really happy with my time in the lounge before my flight. It was clean, quiet, and easy to settle in for a bit. The snacks were decent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My only small complaint is that it could use more seating, but overall I left feeling satisfied and glad I stopped in

The fare was good and the whole process was hassle-free, so overall it felt worth it. That said, I did feel a little dismissed when I had a question, like they just wanted to move me along. Not a bad experience, but that part stuck with me.

"Support helped, but the wait was frustrating"
I had to reach out to support about my booking, i kind of assumed it was going to be one of those situations where you wait around and get vague replies, and that’s pretty much how it felt at first. It took a while to hear back, and some of the answers weren’t super clear. The person I spoke with was polite and did eventually fix the issue, so I appreciated that, but the waiting made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

I booked my flight through aegeanair and it was smoother than a lot of airline websites I’ve used. The dates and prices were easy to compare, and choosing seats didn’t feel confusing or like I was being tricked into adding extras. A couple of pages were a bit slow, and I did go back to double-check my baggage option just to make sure it was right. But overall, the booking process was simple, and the confirmation email showed up quickly

"Online check-in was a mess"
I kept trying to check in online and it just wouldn’t go through. I tried refreshing, re-entering my details, even double-checking tiny things like whether my name matched exactly and if there was an extra space somewhere, but nothing worked. When I asked the staff for help, they didn’t really seem interested or offer much beyond telling me to try again. Frustrating experience overall.

I requested wheelchair help, but the whole thing was kind of a mess. The staff left me waiting way too long, and it made the experience really stressful :(

"Clean and Comfortable Flight"
Flew with Aegean last week and honestly... the cabin was really clean. The seats, tray table, and even the floor all looked well kept, with no mess or strange smell. The bathroom stayed decent throughout the flight too, which I always notice. It’s a small thing, but it definitely made the trip feel nicer...

"Flight change was a little frustrating"
My flight got changed, which was kind of annoying, but support was decent when I reached out. I’m not totally sure, but it felt like maybe the change was just something their system pushed through automatically. Overall, not the worst experience, just a bit inconvenient

"Food was disappointing"
Flew with Aegean recently the food situation wasn’t great. I’m not saying I expected some fancy meal at 30,000 feet, but the snack felt cheap, dry, and just kind of thrown together. Drinks were super basic too, and the coffee had that weird bitter taste, like it had been sitting around too long. The crew were nice enough, no problem there, but for what the ticket cost, the food and drinks really should be better.

"Delayed again, which makes me hesitant to rely on them"
My flight ended up being delayed by almost 2 hours, and the updates didn’t come through until late, which was frustrating. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this happen with Aegean, so it makes me a bit cautious about booking with them when I have tight connections or important plans.

The staff was polite enough, no real issues there. But a few of them seemed rushed. Kind of like they didn’t have time for basic questions. I asked a couple of simple things about my flight and didn’t feel like I got much help.

"Still Waiting on My Refund"
I’ve been waiting weeks for my refund and still haven’t gotten a clear answer from anyone. Every time I try to follow up, it feels like I’m just getting brushed off. it’s starting to seem like they’re quick to take your money but not nearly as interested in giving it back when there’s an issue.

"Better Than I Expected"
I wasn’t expecting much in terms of space, but the legroom actually turned out to be okay. The seat was comfortable enough for me too, so overall it was a bit better than I thought it would be.
