Terrible customer service with the gate agents. I paid for two bags and then got yelled at for having my two bags and then they forced me to pay to check my bag. Terrible experience and definitely would never recommend to someone.

For a mistake when writing the name of my girlfriend when booking they got me cancelling the ticket + buy a new one with correct name. They could not simply change her name... We live in a dumb society really...

Lost my bag coming to Santorini from Athens. No communication, no response to email. Tell your hotel and local friends so that they can tell the airline not to hurt Greece and tourism. I will avoid coming here after horrible experience. Also rude with disabled passenger at the Vienna check-in. She told me she did not need to inform me that the plane was loading disabled passengers, that this is not a requirement with Aegean.
Edit - and hopefully useful to future passengers - after my traveling partner travelled to the Santorini airport counter, they made some calls to Athens and the bag showed up the night before we left Santorini. Do not just accept that your bag will show up on the next flight, because it most likely will not without your taking action. Kudos to the Aegean staff at Santorini airport for their friendliness and taking action to help me. Five star for them!!

Please be informed that in case you have to cancel your tickets, Aegean will NOT reimburse you your money!
You receive a confirmation that you will receive your money back within 7 days, but that is very far from true.
After 18 days and 4 phone calls to investigate into the matter, I haven’t received my money, and it’s now clear to me that I never will. That’s called stealing!

We have connection flight and the flight was late(not our fault!!) and we missed our next flight. Beside that, every flight is late of this agency, believe me, if you can chose not to fly with this Aegean!!!!!!

We had a flight from Lisbon to Cyprus through Athens. Aegean all flights
They delayed the first one and so we lost the second one to Cyprus and had to wait 5 hours in the airport.
There was time to reach the flight on arrival but they just said no we have rescheduled you….
Ooh they gave us a new boarding pass with a note 18 euro for lunch which was not accepted by the restaurants .. !! Pathetic… never again

"A breach of data privacy"
The payment to the booking changes is made through the call centre by giving all your credit card data including the ccv to the call centre officer. Unbelievable! We just don't have a choice. How come the authority allows them to do this?! Isn't this a breach of data privacy?

I arrived in Cyprus on 12/03/2023 and the company lost my suitcase.
It can happen..
I wrote 3 emails from 12/03/2023 to 08/04/2023 without even getting a reply.
Very poor their customer service.
Very good at ignoring customers.
I don't recommend travelling with them
